Trippin’ Musik replacements
Due to issues with the coloured vinyl pressing on some copies of Trippin’ Musik, we have finally agreed with the pressing plant to get replacement copies in 180g virgin black vinyl. We also have a limited quantity of the complete box set in black vinyl available for sale. Astres D'or are releasing a beautiful limited edition of ‘The Dream of Reason Brings Forth Monsters’ with original artwork by Babs Santini. This comes as a double hi-fi handcut vinyl records LP, in a handmade sleeve, in an edition of just 25 copies. We will announce a release date in the coming week.

Thirtythree-45 present Drag Acid - Nurse With Wound - The Dream of Reason Brings Forth Monsters
The Irish Publication, Drag Acid from Thirty Three-45, are featuring Nurse With Wound's new studio recording 'The Dream of Reason Brings Forth Monsters' which features as the soundtrack to Conor McGrady's film, 'Entering the Forbidden Zone'. This is accompanied by a 20 page book of satirical art by Babs Santini. This is available in our store, here!

Nurse With Wound - Who Can I Turn to Stereo
Nurse With Wound’s ‘Who Can I Turn To Stereo’ is set to be re released as an LP and box-set. This will be available for pre-order through our website. 333 copies for the box and 111 copies for the vinyl will be available in 5 different colours, in numbered editions.

And finally, Octave Mirbeau and Nurse With Wound
Lenke Lente's new book and CD release is now available for pre sale, here! In ‘A Sensitive Man’, writer and critic, Octave Mirbeau (1848-1917), tells the story of an assassin determined, in the name of the harmony of the world, to rid it of ‘all organisms unsuited to a harmonious and strong life’. Nurse With Wound compliment this dramatic text with a new piece of music, ‘Alienation - The Devil’s Interval’.

NURSE WITH WOUND 'BARREN' CD

ICR is happy to announce a double CD release featuring 2 recordings of concerts by Nurse With Wound that are judged to be amongst their most unusual performances.

The first is from Florence in 2012 with the lineup of Steven Stapleton, Paul Beauchamp & Colin Potter. The second is from Karlsruhe in 2013 when the performers were Stapleton, Potter & Andrew Liles.

Opium Cabaret!
Unfortunately, manufacture of Opium Cabaret has been delayed until later in the year. We expect our copies to be with us in early 2021. Opium Cabaret features 4 cover variations and an insert and will be limited to 500 copies.

Opium Cabaret test pressings
We are celebrating ‘Opium Cabaret’ by releasing 15 test pressings featuring exquisite artwork from Steven! These will be available in the Nurse With Wound shop at 12 noon UK time on Friday the 11th of September.

Lumb’s Sister test pressings
The long awaited 2LP Lumb's Sister Test pressings are now ready! Limited to 25 handmade presentations by Steven these will also be available in the Nurse With Wound shop at 12 noon UK time on Friday the 11th of September.

Sara Dales's Sensual Massage
Coil's new album 'Sara Dales's Sensual Massage', featuring cover art from Steve Stapleton, is now available for preorder in the shop. Presented by Infinite Fog Productions this is released in both LP and CD formats and will ship on September 23rd.

We have restocked our shelves over in the shop with various releases. Please could customers in mail restricted regions like the US, Australia and France, select registered shipping at checkout as the regular option won’t cover a courier only service. Thank you.

Postal update
We now offer a courier service to Covid restricted postal regions, US, Australia, France, Sweden, Japan. If you have not received your order since Covid’s onset please contact us to arrange courier delivery. Our bigger orders are now available at greatly reduced shipping prices on 1kg parcels and above to worldwide/european destinations. Unfortunately, smaller packages are the same in price bracket, via this option to restricted regions.

SUMMER NEWS FROM NURSE WITH WOUND

We have emerged from a Covid induced hibernation and are very pleased to announce the following releases!

Test Pressings
To celebrate to the forthcoming vinyl reissue of ‘To the Quiet Men from a Tiny Girl’ and ‘Merzbild Schwet’, we have produced a test pressing art edition of each. Limited to just 12 copies for ‘To the Quiet Men’ and 10 for ‘Merzbild’, both versions are signed and numbered. These will be available in the ‘bespoke’ area of our shop at 12 noon, UK time on Sunday 21st June.

Steven is also releasing a random selection of older vinyl test pressing's and personalised items, all featuring original artwork! These will also be available in the ‘bespoke’ area of our shop at 12 noon, UK time on Sunday 21st June.

In other news…
We are pressing a limited black vinyl edition of Lumb's Sister. Only 300 of these will be produced and will be released on July 17th. Available for pre order here!
