NURSE WITH WOUND

Chance Meeting on a Dissecting Table of a Sewing Machine and an Umbrella

ROTOR0084 - 1978 source - LP + Gatefold cover

SPECIAL RELEASE – METALLIC PURPLE EDITION

Special vinyl edition of Nurse With Wound’s first album, released in 1979, produced from the original 1978 source.

For this edition, the record has been newly mastered from the 1978 source, with particular attention given to preserving the original recording’s textures, dynamics and sonic character.

The record is presented with a special Metallic Purple version of the sleeve, giving this edition a distinctive visual identity while retaining the spirit of the original artwork.

Recorded in 1978, Chance Meeting on a Dissecting Table of a Sewing Machine and an Umbrella remains a landmark document in the history of Nurse With Wound — a singular collision of textures, drones, fragments, noises and sonic manipulations that helped define a new approach to experimental music.
