'PAINTING WITH PRIESTS' AVAILABLE NOW
The long awaited Steven Stapleton/Christoph Heemann collaboration, Painting with Priests is now available. This historic live recording took place on 21 November, 2009 at the Ancient Synagogue in Ivrea, Italy and captures Stapleton and Heemann engaged in a near telepathic improvisation. The front cover features new artwork by Stapleton, with the back cover featuring a previously unpublished drawing by Heemann.

ALEXANDER SEKATSKIY TO INTRODUCE RUSSIAN SLEEP CONCERTS IN SEPTEMBER
'I have an idea about a very unusual 'warm-up' for both shows. It would be very foolish to invite a musical project of course so my idea is a 'warm-up' in the form of lecture (40-50 min) about 'philosophy of sleep'.
Alexander Sekatskiy is to introduce Nurse with Wound's Russian Sleep Concerts in September. Born in 1958 in Minsk. In 1975-1977 he studied at the Philosophical Faculty of Leningrad State University. In 1987 he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy at LSU. In 1991 he defended his thesis on "Ontology of lies." Ph.D., associate professor of the Department of Social Philosophy St. Petersburg State University. Author of books: "The temptation and Freedom" (1999), "Ontology of Lies" (2000), "Three steps to the side" (2001), "The strength of the blast wave" (2005), "Applied Metaphysics" (2005), "Deserters from Treasure Island "(2006)," Two casket, turquoise and jade "(2008), a collection of" investigations "(2009). Member of the international conference of artists and philosophers of modern Europe (1994) in Hamburg with the report "Art, desire and the will" and in 1998 in Prague ("Metaphysics big cities") on "The Metaphysics of St. Petersburg."
