Returns Policy
We will either refund or replace damaged goods or those sent in error. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or incorrect please email us at : nurse@nursewithwound.co.uk. We are not able to refund unwanted items. If you have a query about a product or are unsure about anything please email us before purchasing.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 3 days and we post to anywhere in the world. Please choose either Standard delivery or Registered delivery at checkout. We have no control over shipping times however your order should take approximately a week to arrive after it has been dispatched.
Security
We use Stripe as a payment processor so your payment details will always be secure. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available. All card details are encrypted using industry standard encryption methods.
